Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Once we receive and check your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Earrings – for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
Custom or personalised jewellery – items made to order, engraved, or customised are non-returnable unless faulty.
3. How to Return
Please contact us at chainrulejewellery@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to let us know you’d like to return your item.
You then have a further 14 days to send it back to us.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 4-5 days of us receiving the return.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).
