Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Once we receive and check your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Earrings – for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

  • Custom or personalised jewellery – items made to order, engraved, or customised are non-returnable unless faulty.

3. How to Return

  • Please contact us at chainrulejewellery@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to let us know you’d like to return your item.

  • You then have a further 14 days to send it back to us.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 4-5 days of us receiving the return.

  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).
